"Great customer service! My car was in the parking lot and and wouldn't start. I popped into their office to see if they could help 15 minutes before they closed. Sierrah was very knowledgeable and let me know what my insurance would and wouldn't cover. And although insurance doesn't cover battery issues, she came out and helped me jump start my car, saving me a $75 service fee with AAA! Thank you so much, Sierrah! You rock like a rock star! 😎"

"I had a tree fall on my home in early January of 2024. During that same incident, we lost power to our home for 3 days in subzero temperatures. With all the related damage it has been over a year since we have been able to live in the home. A traumatic experience to say the least. Something I would not wish on anyone. However, through it all, I would like to thank Ms. Babarah Zimmerman at State Farm Insurance, she has stood out and has been a wonderful help, guiding us through these very difficult times."
